Christmas at Grunion Bay is an updated version of the play first presented in 1998. A full length two hour romp, featuring 13 adults and 5 children. Set in a small town in Newfoundland that is undergoing tough times, they decide to put on Dickens “A Christmas carol” to raise funds and cheer up the locals. During rehearsals a massive snow storm socks them in along with a small jet with 3 theatre type women from London to NY. Think “Come from Away” but way funnier and no casseroles. Many epiphanies ensue along with music and mirth with a heartening finale.
