Chester Theatre Council Conditions of Sale and Refund Policies
All sales are final. For information or changes to your reserved ticket, please call the Box Office at 902 275-3933. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for the ticket price will be issued. All funds are taken in Canadian Dollars.
Terms & Conditions
You assume all risk and danger incidental to the exhibition, event, or performance whether occurring prior to, during, or after said show and you agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed.
No recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras permitted. No transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, performance, or exhibition. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket will be issued and will include additional ticketing fees (i.e., ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).
Privacy Policy
Chester Theatre Council (“Member”) outsources their box office services to AudienceView, the provider of the ticketing/donation/database service. AudienceView values the privacy of our members and customers. AudienceView does not sell any personal information to other companies. AudienceView provides Members’ statistics in aggregate so members can track the effectiveness of their online transactions. AudienceView will provide Members with enough information to provide you with services and promotional purposes if applicable. In keeping to the highest web standards, AudienceView has provided additional information on what we track.
Server Logs
AudienceView’s application servers store your IP address in standard server logs. We use your IP address to diagnose problems and optimize (and maintain) our servers. AudienceView may use this information in aggregate to provide statistics to our Members.
Cookies
We use browser cookies to keep track of your individual session state: how many tickets, donation amount, event details, etc. This also allows us to differentiate you from another patron.
Contact and Personal Information
Chester Theatre Council reserves the right to share a member’s and patron’s contact and personal information with individuals and/or entities for legitimate purposes such as copyright infringement claims brought against a member for the images found in it. We would use this information only as necessary.
Chester Theatre Council may require information for shipping and billing. We may use mailing lists for advertising or promotional purposes. We will always have a clear mechanism for you to remove yourself from future mailings. Addresses are never shared with any other parties.
