What to Expect at Chester Playhouse Events
As we continue to live with COVID-19, your Chester Playhouse will continue to monitor and revise our practices and protections, in order to provide the best, safest, and most comfortable experience possible for our patrons. We are eager to protect our artists, our patrons, our staff, and our community. While many protections have become an individual choice, we encourage you to consider the most vulnerable in our community, as you manage your protections, in this moment.
Current Nova Scotia public health recommendations have recommended that masking be an individual choice. To this end, the practice for Chester Playhouse performances in 2023 is that masks are not required, but are strongly encouraged for patrons attending a performance, so as to help protect our staff, artists, volunteers and other patrons.
We are happy to offer additional spacing between seats (up to 6ft) for any patrons who request it. Please call the Box Office at 902-275-3933 to discuss your needs. We are eager to accommodate you.
If you feel unwell at any point before a performance for which you have purchased tickets, please stay home. Call the Box Office and your tickets will be refunded.
Playhouse Staff will continue to wear masks. All staff are vaccinated against COVID-19. We strongly encourage our patrons to ensure they are fully vaccinated.
We will continue to monitor Public Health Guidelines, and update our policies should they change. In the event of any change, ticket holders will receive an email with this update.
Thank you for continuing to support your Chester Playhouse.
